This is a list of shinobi's that can put up a fight in the whole comic book world, and those who are expected to put up a fight, but would end up been fodder, now im gonna use superman since he's the toughest superhero, super speed, super strength, healing abilities that is of the chart, super endurance, plus under the yellow sun the dude is immortal
shinobi's that can make it
1- tobi, so many reasons, sharingan, rinnegan, but one in particular favours him, spacetime ninjutsu, he takes the man of steel where there's no yellow sun, and superman becomes fodder

2-sasuke, amaterasu amour, the moment superman claims to be impregnable and touch the black flames, cause obviously flames dont hurt him, thats the moment he loses

3-Orochimaro, superman fights the great white snake, more like pulvurize it, but when its vapour releases, superman becomes paralysed and oro just simply takes over his body

4- hashirama, his wood was able to surpress the kyuubi, so the man of steel should not be much of a problem, plus basic ninja techs would **** with superman, he punches and finds a wood in hashi's place 'kawarami', he lasers and hashi just disapears 'kage bunshin'

5-ginaku and kinaku- i honestly dont think i have to explain

Bottom 5
1-Naruto km, going head to head in a battle with superman, em not so wise, plus naruto probably run outa chakra before superman gets tired

2- kabuto, he simply gets he's ass beat

3-minato- ftg, pointless against a man who rasengan would just tickle

4-raikage- yea he too runs out of chakra before superman gets tired, tho it would be a nice fight, infarct im not so sure

5- tsunade, super strength, vs super strength, speed vs speed, an intresting match, but tsunade would run outa chakra, although if she hits that tech that ****s with your body system, dont know what would happen

And also, you said with tsunade it would be super strength vs super strength, which makes sense.....but speed vs speed? Superman has super speed but tsunade isn't even fast

any main good guy or bad guy from beyond shippuden can hang with anyone save immortal ppl from comics... and even then... sealing jutsu's can be used to make even those ppl go away... my point is it would be a long list if i made it... all jinchuriki, all uchiha's, all kages (in their primes), all gate users, all hidden tech users (includes kg), all S-class ninja, and alot of the jonin's could take some of the comic's people too...
