I agree. I feel like One piece and Naruto are the closest to DBZ level, but even then. The power level distance between them is extremely large.

I disagree with ur entire list XD besides doesn't unohana out rate kapachi she basically made him strong killing him and reviving him otherwise she could've killed him left on her way but u can't really compare because most of these people can't fly but if u say ground to ground fight then the list would be way bigger

HxH verse is extremely underrated in power level. They have characters that are able to move and perform attacks with in a fraction of a fraction of a second.
