By my own estimations....

1. Not by much. They don't look very different as kids in terms of age, so...I'm betting one or two years.
2. No way to accurately know, but I'm guessing he was in his early thirties, just based on circumstance.
3. Late, maybe mid, thirties, I guess. Again, hard to say.
4. He didn't look much older than part 2 Naruto...seventeen, I say.
5. Well, all three Sanin graduated at age six according to the wiki, which takes this info from databooks, so seeing as Hiruzen is around eighteen/nineteen years older than them...I have to say he became their sensei at twenty four or twenty five.
6. Well, the first is obviously in his teens, and if we guess that the Sanin were in their twenties during the second war, he'd be in his forties. Based on Minato's age in relation to his, the third war must have happened during his early to mid fifties.
7. Based on the next answer, I'd have to guess he's twenty one or twenty two, maybe a bit younger. He doesn't look that far off from The Last Naruto in terms of age.
8. I think it has been confirmed Minato died when he was twenty four, so I'm gonna say that, as his reign only lasted for couple months, I recall.

2) it's unclear when hashi died but when Tobirama became the hokage he was fairly young so he might of died shortly after his match with madara

I also feel like Tobirama was quite old when he died, in his 40s at least.

According to a google search

If Madara was officially dead around 15 years to the start of the series, I'd peg him at 80-90. Hashirama was old enough to see Tsunade as a toddler. Given her age of 53-54 by the Fourth Shinobi World War and using the same logic as Madara, I'd say he was around 35-45. Same for Tobirama.

So both he and Tobirama died in their late 30's to Early/Mid 40's

Late 20's Early 30's

Well Hiruzen is only like 18Years older than tsunade.

Tsunade graduated the Academy at 6, So she logically should've been that age when she done the bell test, So Hiruzen would've been about 24/25 years old

1st Most likely between late teens or very early 20's,

2nd assuming the sannin were between like 18-20 maybe early 20's, Hiruzen would've been in his late 30's

3rd Most likely mid 40's

7. Minato during the 3rd war?

Well i'd assume the 3rd war most likely happened one year or maybe two years before minato got promoted to Hokage.

So if he became hokage at 17-20 he was between 15-18 during the war.
Since he died at 24 i'd assume he was between 20-22 during the war

8. Minato when he became hokage?

According to a google search Minato's age can now be guessed at better, jiraiya trained minato starting from him being ten, that was right after jiraya left the ame orphans, and we know now that yahiko was 20yrs at death, so that means that Minato was either 17 or 20 when he became Hokage, meaning he was either 18 or 21 when he died.

Well it seems he was 24 when he died so he must of been like 22-23 when he became hokage
