Keep in mind that body durability and pain endurance are not the same, body durability makes your body stronger and able to tank attacks but endurance to pain is the capability of keeping control in spite of the pain.
Here goes the list:
1.Obito Uchiha: this guy is best friends with physical pain, having endured a rock crushing half his body, cutting off his arms in repeated occasions without any apparent pain, recieving 2 kurama empowered rasengans, getting pierced through the chest then getting control by madara and to top it off getting slashed by minato still he could pull off the sealing for becoming juubi jin, once he lost the juubi fell down from like a 100 meters in the air, then survived performing rinne tensei and got the gedo mazou extracted and still had the energy to control BZ and troll juubi jin madara, then when dying was able to pull off a whole speech with a huge hole in the stomach.
2.Gai sensei: being a user of the 8 gates, he has to be able to endure a huge physical pain as noted by lee when watching madara vs 8 gates gai.
3.Kushina: having given birth to naruto which is a very exhausting task and having just gotten extracted the nine tails, she was able to make a huge barrier and also had still the power to bind kurama with those chakra chains.
4.Fourth raikage Ay: even though his lighting armor protects him from almost everything, he had his left arm burning with amaterasu flames and he kept fighting as if the flames werent there, while bee was twisting of pain and edo nagato lost consicousness when he received amaterasu, after that he cut off his arm himself without any sign of pain.
5.Karin was able to own that giant budda with those sticks in the stomach piercing her.
