J-Man. Took in a bunch of kids and turned them into the most influential individuals in the world and even managed to save it after his death.
Asuma. He took the most mismatched and behaviorally messed up kids from the K12 and turned them into arguably the strongest team after Team 7.
Hiashi. Was willing to sacrifice himself to keep the village from going to war. Was humble enough to bow before his nephew when he told him about his fathers sacrifice. Was willing to die to protect Naruto from Juubi. He may be tough on his family but he simply does whatever he sees necessary for the betterment of his clan which is admirable.
Shukaku. Knowing he was about to die his only concerns were his son and the Alliance.
Gai. Has a drive to train and a love of teaching thats pretty much unparalleled. Was ready to die if Lee didn't make it out of surgery.
Sarutobi. Shown no fear in the face of death and more than willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. Raised three of the most powerful ninja in history who in turn raised even more powerful ninja. Protected and led his village long after he was supposed to retire.

Hinata because she stood by Naruto's side from the beginning of the series -when she offered to help Naruto at the Chūnin Exams- up until now -Pain arc and War Arc-. Probably without her Naruto would have lost Kurama and died...
