This is simply not true. Why would you even think this? It took Kakashi the sharingan to copy the jutsu or in other words see how it was done. Now that he has already copied over a 1000 he can still use them.

If he could then why would't he? Almost all of Part two has been him using Kamui. Kakashi could only use chidori so well because of the sharingan so now he is screwed

Based on the versatility of the Rasengan alone, I'd have to say Naruto. Minato, Kakashi, Jiraiya, Tobirama, Orochimaru, Nagato, and Madara are up there as well.

You're correct about chidori. As for the rest of them that is simply Kishi neglecting the character, there is nothing he has in his arsenal that will be effective against Kaguya most likely.

I like Kakashi, don't get me wrong. I think Kishi has completely ruined certain characters such as Yamato and Kakashi which is highly disappointing.

He isn't ruined for me, but it annoys me that we saw like 4 or 5 jutsu's from him.
