You have to have character to be a character. She was nothing but an OP pretty face with an annoying talking sleeve.

And it doesn't help that she didn't do anything besides change landscapes and be a whack a mole for a short amount of chapters.

Too soon to make judgements.

There's still mystery around her and I don't believe that Kishimoto is that oblivious to just ignore her history, motivation, personality etc... I'll judge when the manga has officially ended completely.

As far as I'm concerned she isn't really a character.

More of an object / obstacle. Pretty much a filler. She didn't talk, she didn't fight smart, she just threw jutsu around and the only person that got killed was the guy who wanted to die. Turns out the only thing relevant she probably did was kill Madara.

She's a transitional-plot, plot device :|

What a nonsense. She wasn't quite as talkative as most other villains, but saying "she didn't talk" is a large hyperbole. And she killed "only" Obito since she was alone in a dimension with the superduper-Rikudo-powered Team 7 which she didn't even want to kill for half the fight...
