Character Stat Predictions

I wasn't able to find this thread via the search functions, so my bad if there is another, recent one.

What do y'all predict a characters stats will be when Kishimoto releases the Fourth Databook? Hopefully most characters will get them.
The stats are on a #/5 grading scale

So for example, here's what I predict for Minato's:

Ninjutsu: 5/5
Genjutsu: 3/5 (we've seen nothing of his skill in the area)
Taijutsu: 5/5
Intelligence: 5/5
Strength: 4.5/5
Speed: 5/5
Stamina/Chakra: 5/5
Hand Seals: 5/5

Overall: 37.5/40

And for Killer B:
Nin: 5/5
Gen: 3/5
Tai: 5/5
Intell.: 4/5
Strength: 5/5
Speed: 5/5
Chakra: 5/5
Hand Seals: 3/5

Overall: 35/40

You can explain why you gave them the stats they did, but let's not get ridiculous with them.

I often disagree with the character stats, so I won't attempt to suggest any.

I do think some will have greatly raised stats, like Naruto and Sasuke.

And I hope we get some kind of back story and info on Zetsu in the manga before the next data book. I'm painfully curious about him, and he's one of the characters we know the least about.

My tai:I say 3.5 since it's here specialty there tai=3
My gen:2 she may be a gen type but she hasn't got any training in it there gen :3.5

My intell: 3.5 I mean other than medical who throws herself/himself to danger (sasuke) there intell:4

My strength:5 since she got specialized in chakra control there strength:3

My speed: oops forgot about that there speed :3

Chakra: 3 should have gotten better with age there chakra: 2.5

Hand seals 2 we have not seen here use hand seals since first data book there :4

.5 Upgrade to Strength(putting him at 5), 1 point upgrade at taijutsu, .5 upgrade to ninjutsu, .5 upgrade in stamina, putting him at 23/40.

Ino
.5 upgrade in ninjustu, .5 upgrade in intelligence, .5 upgrade in stamina, putting her at 22.5/40.

Think you're overrating Naruto a bit here...

His seals are definitely < 3, Id give him a 2.5

The third handbook stated his genjutsu was 2... the book was published after he learnt sage mode...
