Character(s) You Would've Liked to See More Abilities From (Character Development)

Personally, I'd go with Hidan. His abilities could've been expanded on way more. Sure, he had that one voodoo technique and his immortality, but I think it would've been cool to se more reaper-like abilities from him. Like turning everything he touches into dust? Giving his scythe special powers? Maybe even giving him bone-like abilities to fit his reaper theme, giving him Shikotsumakyu and expanding on the Kaguya clan with it? To me, that would/would've make the manga a little more interesting. But never mind my opinion, what I'm really looking for is yours! What character would you have liked to see more from ability wise/development wise? Tell me your thoughts!

I would honestly like to see what Yahiko could have done if he survived. May not have been Nagato strong, but still fairly strong.

I agree with Hidan. Had plenty of potential with cult-like jutsu.

Maybe Sakon/Ukon. I wanted to see what dark jutsu he might have been storing (like the demon gates).

Mei's KG have been pretty limited IMO. Her lava style has been narrowed to the same spray and her acid has only shown 1 jutsu so far. Her water jutsu seem to be more deadly than either of her KG from strictly feats.
