Sasuke - wind element.

In the war it was stated that wind boosts fire so with a bit of wind Sasuke's katon & enton could reach a whole new platform. We've already seen how Sasuke likes to create his own variations, I'd love to see what he'd do with fuuton.

Technically he already has it, Rinnegan grants all elements. Theoretically Naruto and sasuke can learn almost any techniques they wish thanks to RSM and Rinnegan.

Sadly Kishi won't showcase the abilities though. He always introduces things but barely gives any panel time & in most cases none at all.

Hidan - two clones + fire + wind elements
Itachi - ftg (hiraishin totsuka), wind element to enhance his speed and makes him faster than the likes of raikage and for enhancing his weapons
Tobirama - a badass overpowered mad summon
Lee/guy with byakugou
Hyuuga with elemental attacks
Juubito retaining his intangibility
Minato - rasenshuriken and some elemental attacks
Suigetsu - large chakra pool to be able to use samehada (he will be close to invincible while fighting high jounins and even kage level shinobi's (because physical attacks already don't work on him and samehada will grant him immunity to other forms of attacks by absorbing them)
