Character improvement? Who?

Tsunade needs her Raitons expanded upon.

She used one Raiton against Kabuto, making it so he couldn't control his own body, showing that he has the ability to use them. It makes sense given how essential electricity is in the medical field, she needs to be given more focus on them.

Well, of course Naruto and Sasuke are going to get more development. They are the protagonist and deuteragonist.

Naruto needs to become more mature and learn to accept that he cannot win every single battle and prevent every single death. He also needs to learn leadership skills.

How is Sasuke not going to get redemption? Unlike in other character in Naruto his redemption is told in stages. He questioned his revenge after meeting Itachi, told Orochimaru he was done with revenge, and went to defend the Alliance. Yes, Sasuke is still a dark character, but that in no way means he is beyond redemption. Sasuke's next development should be to learn to trust others. Sasuke thinks only he can fix the world's problems. He needs to learn to entrust this to Naruto, though I think Sasuke will be an adviser to Naruto. Sasuke also needs to learn to accept blame. He has said he is done with revenge. Now, he needs to say he was wrong to seek revenge. He also needs to learn that his clan was not perfect and that he is not perfect (this would be a huge development as Sasuke has been obsessed with perfection since he was 7).

His ambition was so powerful at the beginning of the series, he constantly wanted to keep up with Neji, Sasuke and Naruto.
And as far as his complete, full power goes he's more than capable of beating all those people, but still. I'd like for his character to be more major, one of the main supports rather than just a support.

OT: Back to the Ino thing,
I think Kishimoto is just ignoring the poor girl, when it comes to development. But she is a side character, and she doesn't really hold much to the plot. So it doesn't bother me much.

I can't believe that I'm saying these but:

Sakura
- if Sasuke is truly evil and can't be trusted then she needs to give up on him
-well she just got her power up but it looks like that there needs to be more to it

Ino
-I like for her to do things other than supporting so I feel she needs new mind-affecting techniques and her chakra control and medical abilities needs some improvement (not that I'm complaining cuz I like her but still) she needs a power up
