Every Naruto character have their fighting style, from my observations, i got these
Hashirama:
He fights you at a power depending on your power level. He doesnt aim to bully or overwhelm with power but he justs fights you at a level you can call fair and doesnt rely on wits since you most probably cant beat him. like with madara -> Normal susanoo - wood dragon; perfect susanoo - wood golem; kurama + susanoo - thousand palms wood sumoning, after defeating kurama+susanoo he came to sword fight just to be on par
Madara:
Unlike every other Uchiha we know, he doesnt fight intelligently or smartly or rely on wits, he justs bullies you from the beginning to the end and far underestimates anyone thats not hashirama. He at times doesnt even dodge or block attacks just to show power. even with six path naruto and rinnegan sasuke combined, he seemed not bothered and even ignored them to make his Tsukyomi
Tobirama:
Goes halfway between power and wits. we didnt see much scenes but from his izuna fight, madara attack and ju-obito he used his intelligence well but we dont know if he likes to go toe to toe or end a fight as quickly as possible.
Hiruzen:
Has wide array of jutsu and uses the best to win the battle quickly but he doesnt ever show power perhaps because his opponents were tough like Edo Hashirama and Tobirama, Orochimaru, Ju-obito and spiral zetsu
Jiraiya:
Fights seriouly depending on his opponents. i never saw him fight serious and intelligently till with pain. Has wide array of jutsu to counter anytype of attack even mangekyou and rinnegan attacks. though apart from orochi and pain, his other opponents were far weaker than him so we cant evaluate his fighting style but he tries to end serious fights quickly.
Minato:
Relies entirely on intelligence to end the battle quickly. Doesnt actually have power but has intelligence and a very formidable jutsu.
Kakashi:
Tries to end the fight as quickly and with least power up possible mostly with wits. He just picks a weak spot and strikes as we saw with pain, obito and kaguya. he underestimates no one.
Itachi:
Entirely on wits even with his power-ups. He likes to end fight quickly but also tends to disgrace his opponents like kurenai, earliest kakashi, orochi, kabuto, sasuke. begins battle with genjutsu then taijutsu and fire style and finally mangekyou. although if he knows you are formidable, he'll use mangekyou right away as with kabuto. pretty sure if he had fought war-arc kakashi, he'll use mangekyou right away
Gai:
We didnt see much but he just keeps fighting till he has to enter gates and end it. pretty straight forward GAI.

we didnt see much but tends to defend till he can find a chance to use 64palms.
