Madara kills Obito, who dies a miserable death as a full villain and has absolutely zero redemption at all
Alliance uses plot jutsu to seal Madara
Tsunade dies to save the Kage
Sasuke tries to kill Naruto during the war, Hinata jumps in and takes the bullet. She dies
Guy and/or Lee goes 8 gates, dies
Shino or TenTen would possibly die just to provide relevance to their character

Lol at relevence to character XD! I just don't see Sasuke showing up...unless they pull some giant flashbsck that brings them all the way to the current situation)....also font like Hinata dying XD

I'd add Hiashi to the list...I could imagine him taking one for Neji!!!
