In this thread I will be going over Konan's jutsus, skills, and battle tactics. I created this thread because I think Konan is extremely underrated and I want to prove that she can be very deadly and smart in battles.
Paper Manipulation And Techniques

Dance Of The Shikigami
A very strange move, Dance Of The Shikigami allows Konan to turn her body into actual paper that she can manipulate and make into shapes like shurikens to throw at an enemy or wings to give her agility and the ability to fly. Even though not seen in the Manga or Anime, it can be assumed that Konan could make many more weapons or tools out of this jutsu like turning her hands into paper knives or making a giant sword made entirely out of paper.
Paper Chakram
One of Konan's deadliest moves in her arsenal, Paper Chakram is made by manipulating papers forming them into a single chakram-like shape that can be thrown at the enemy with amazing speed and trajectory.
Paper Clone
Like a clone technique, Konan makes a clone of herself. However, this clone is made out of paper and is able to be used remotely. Konan can also mix in paper bombs in the clone and make it more effective or suicidal.
Paper Ocean Technique
Said to be Konan's ultimate technique, Konan makes the lake in Amegakure split in half creating a huge abyss which the target falls down into. Konan can also mix in 600 hundred billion explosive tags which she can also manipulate to attack the target. This technique can go on for 10 minutes making this technique extremely hard to survive.
Paper Resistance Technique
Konan can make her papers resistant by soaking them in water or oil. This makes them resistant to water and fire. Paper is also naturally a conductor which makes them work very well against lightning.
Explosive Tag Ability
Konan has showed great prowess in manipulating and using explosive tags. She can use them to the extent that she can mix them into almost any of her attacks. Konan can also control a great number of explosive tags making her extremely deadly.

Close Quarter Combat And Speed

Taijutsu
While not shown to use a lot of Taijutsu, Konan can make use of her paper manipulation and make herself hard to hit. Konan can also make a paper kunai to assist her in close-up fights. It can be assumed that Konan can make her hands into paper knives or something sharp that could help her in CQC.
Speed
Konan has been shown to be very quick and nimble. Konan can increase her speed by making Paper Wings on her back that allow her to fly in the air. Her paper wings are also surprisingly durable and can make Konan go at incredible speeds making it easy for her to dodge attacks aimed at her. She has also shown to have a quick reaction time that makes her very good at dodging attacks.

Stamina And Chakra Control

Stamina
Throughout the series, Konan has shown to be able to have good stamina which she has shown when fighting Tobi and Jiraiya. Konan's stamina has been very underestimated and surprised Tobi that she was able to keep up with him for so long.
Chakra Control
Being a Kunoichi, Konan has great chakra control. This is seen in her techniques in which she infuses chakra with her paper and manipulates it. It wouldn't be too far fetched to say that she could break out of average genjutsu because of her chakra control.

Konan had a very keen intellect as she was able to quickly understand the process and reason behind the hop in, hop out system Jiraiya had created for them and could study Tobi's space-time techniques, accurately deciphering how they worked and then did countless simulations in order to find the perfect way to kill him. Even Tobi expressed surprise that he was forced to rely on the forbidden Izanagi to survive her final assault at the cost of his left eye.
