I firmly believe that Uchiha Madara should be withdrawn from the "On Hold" thread and added to where anyone can create a bio about him. I'm sure by now everyone knows he is one of the most power hungry, over powered and ridiculously over whelming character in the entire series. Most of you would argue that he shouldn't be added due to how over powered he is. I thought of a system we could use to reduce his OPness.
We could use a system that would restrict certain techs or make them usable only once or twice. We could ban techniques like the Double meteorite Technique because there isn't a proper counter to it. Techs like Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi are both assumed. We do now know whether Madara truly has these or not. Perhaps we could add them/exclude them. If we add them we could reduce the amount of times they're allowed to be used, or give them a huge drawback.
He has the Rinnegan, which in turn allows him to master of five basic nature transformations. He could have plenty of Jutsus that the creators of the bio could use.
As a Rinnegan user he can also utilize the Six Paths Of Pain. We could also add those. So far we've only seen him use the Preta Path, so it is safe to assume that he can use all six.
He also, as an Uchiha, has plenty of Fire Release techs. In fact, we know he has 3, and he probably has more, but we'll stick to the ones we know for now.
Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction.
A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames that can set a vast area ablaze, engulfing the target in a veritable sea of flames. If used upon dense, combustible terrain such as a forest, the confined area can greatly increase the possibility of the target's incineration.
Finally, the one most Uchiha's have.
A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth either as a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flame-thrower. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most genin should not be able to do this technique.
The Uchiha clan also uses this technique as a "coming of age" rite and as such was a common and one of the more favoured technique amongst them.
As you can see he has plenty of Jutsus that we know of, and thanks to his Rinnegan we could add various other paths, when we see them in the manga, or rather if we see them. We could add many other Techniques that fall under the five basic Chakra Nature Transformations. His Susano'o is also among one of the Techniques in his Arsenal.
I hope this has changed the mind of some Admins/Mods so that Madara will be added now, or maybe when we see a little bit more of his Paths/Rinnegan. We've seen a lot of his Mokuton. This can be excluded because he can only use his Mokuton in his Edo Form. Some may argue that if he was alive and had the Shodai's cells he would still be able to use. We can exclude this point because we don't know whether he did this or not. We haven't seen much Genjutsu from Madara, but I'm sure we'll see some more in the future.
I think everyone would agree that his Kuchiyose: Kurama will be excluded for obvious reasons.

Note: I know that we cannot use Edo Madara for obvious reasons, but Madara himself said he awakened Rinnegan before he died, so we could still use his paths, and his Meteorite Technique because they both are related to the Rinnegan. If any of the mods allow an Edo Bio then Madara's Mokuton, can be added.
