I have never found an incomplete chapter on narutobase ever. They may not add that stupid fan art or whatever in the front and back of the chapters but they are complete.

What are you talking about? The chapters are always released complete. The pictures drew by fans is not part of the manga if you did't know.

If you don't explain yourself clearly, we can't do anything about it as I'm pretty sure we upload all the pages each week. So I really don't have a clue to what you are referring to when you say the chapters are often incomplete. It's possible that from time to time a page or chapter doesn't work, but that's still something of a different nature than saying that our chapters are incomplete.
