"Pfft! Space you say?" I said, completely humored.
"Yes. I need it," the man I'm dating (or dated, whatever really. He served his purpose) said shyly. And took a sip of water.
"Sure," I said. Not bothering to look him in the eye or say anything special like I love you, please don't leave me.
"That's the reason why I'm breaking up with you!" He shouted. His nose flaring.
"Calm down, mister. This is a restaurant. Not my house," I laughed with delight as soon as I saw his eyes narrow down. Yes, this is a restaurant. With not much people. I guess that's why he brought me here. Oh well.
"This is unbelievable," he called the attention of a waiter, "bill please."
"So . . . who's paying?" I asked.
He walked out before the bill even arrived.
"Poo, I guess I'm paying tonight," I whispered.
I payed then called a cab.
Man, I might regret doing this and approving to end this relationship. I mean, he's handsome and smart, and handsome, and handsome o_o
I'm Lois by the way. Trying to find my loving, caring, smart Superman? Yeah, you could say that. It's just that, I have a soft, soft, soft spot for hot/handsome guys. I'm not that mean when I'm in a relationship. I can even make it last for 2 years. And let's skip that guy. He's not worth it.
The guy who recently broke up with me is a football player in out school <3 His name is Alex and he's the 4th guy who asked me out. We're both in the 8th grade and take the same classes. A pain in the ass to see him on Monday. Never mind that, there's loads of hot boys that are dying to date me right now.
Yeah, I can be that caring. :|
I arrived at my parent's house at noon. I don't see them anywhere, maybe their working. I ran upstairs and took a nap.
My dream was fuzzy. A guy was talking to other 7th graders but kept glancing at my direction as I fix the things inside my locker. His hair was brown and shined whenever sunlight hits it. His eyes were blue and mesmerizing.
I remember this day. It was the first day of school. I was a transferee that time and nobody even offered their help and show me around the campus. Maybe because I kept my head down. Hey I was feeling a bit shy.
I wasn't finished fixing it when two boys (Who I think were fighting) accidentally squeezed me between my locker and them, so I accidentally closed my locker. They were on the floor in no time, still fighting. Good thing I didn't get hit with their fists.
2 teachers ran in our direction to stop them. And yep, they were sent to the Principal's office on the first day of school ^_^
I glanced at the boys being dragged to the office once more and tried to open my locker, but failed. It was the right combination but it won't open.
How hard did I slam this thing exactly? Great. I broke it.
I pulled it with my two hands will full force.
CLING!
O_O I stared at it in disbelief. The door of my locker O_O (or whatever you call it)
"Oh, no," I whispered to myself. I glanced at the students behind my back and they were staring at me.
Awesome. :|
I tried putting it back in place. It would hold, for a few seconds.
"Oh, geez. You gotta fix that soon," behind me, a person with a velvet voice said.
"You think so, too?" I said. And turned to the person behind me.
It was him, the guy who kept glancing at me earlier.
My face felt hot the moment he smiled.
"Yeah. Want to get a new locker?" He said with the friendliest tone I've ever heard.
"Bad idea. It would take a while to get a new one," I replied in a low tone. I tried to keep calm but my face still feels hot.
"Oh. asdsgfghkmf-"
I opened my eyes.
Any dream is okay but not that. Just not that.
I shook it off and realized that my stomach is growling.
And then my phone rings. It must be my bestest friend in the whole wide world!
I picked it up and almost dropped it.
"Hey, Jane!" I said with a little roughness because I just woke up.
"Oh my gosh Lo!" She exclaimed. She pronounces my nickname as low. :|
"What is it?" I asked. Rubbing my eyes.
"Alex told me everything!" She said, annoyed maybe.
"What about it?" I raised a brow.
"'What about it?' What about it? Lo, you went out with him for 3 days!" Yep. She's annoyed.
Mhm. My life now.
"Forget about him, Janie. He's not worth it. Can I eat now?" I was really hungry.
"Ugh. Whatever. Go eat. And go dress. Party at my house tonight at 8 =DD" Then she hung up before I could ask what kind of party will it be. Crap.
I wore something that could fit in almost every kind of party, in my opinion. A T-shirt and some jeans ^_^
I glanced at the clock and, and, oh. I was late! Good thing Jane's house is nearby.
I whistled for a cab.
~O~
Jane's house was not decorated for party. Is this some kind of a joke? Because April Fool's day is kinda over and it's the 3rd today :|
I knocked. And Jane opened the door and gave me a hug.
"So, where's the party?
" I asked.
"Come in first." She pushed me. Man, somebody's excited.
"Uhm. Okaaaay. But where's the food? Man, I'm starving!" I scanned the room and went to the kitchen.
O_O My eyes narrowed.
Brown hair, fair skin, blue mesmerizing eyes. The lips, oh the lips!
"Hey, Lois," he greeted me, with the same velvet voice I heard when we first met.
To be really not continued.
And thank you for reading! Let me know if it's horrible or horrible!
