Double issues of WSJ is just when it releases the weekly issue, but says it's for this week and next, so that there is no manga next week. It doesn't actually gives us two issues.

It's a break through WSJ. They have a few double issues per year. The author's don't put it because the manga isn't on break, but it's WSJ that is, technically.

In the top left of the scan I posted, it shows the numbers 18 and 19, which if I am thinking right, means it's issue number 18/19, which is a double issue. In two weeks we'll get issue 20 and all manga will resume.

Every manga goes on break when WSJ is on a double issue.

I did. As to the title question, i answered it. It's his fault for having a misleading title. :/

As to this being a double issue, 2 weeks ago was double I think

This wasn't a double issue.. this was shonen jump number 19 which is on sale next monday.
