Title mislead me. Regardless, VOTE Sasuke would win against Madara. Not so sure about after that. If people are right, and Sasuke did improve his charka intensity with training, there's nothing stopping him from having more potent chakra than Madara.

Even with both arms and mastery of the rinnegan, does Sasuke have an answer to Limbo? (Really asking). Just bein able to see it isn't enough. It's like fighting two Juubidaras. If Sasuke has a plausible answer, then yes. Otherwise, no. Madara is fast, sharp, powerful, experienced, and can double himself in a way that forces Sasuke to keep his sharingan or rinnegan active at all times. Just sayin'
