Chapter 700 screamed mini-series set up IMHO. Or maybe even a full blown spin-off. Because I wondered what Sasuke sensed or was it just his daughter talking about him that made him feel not at ease or something. But now all that's left for now is the movie and mini-series in 2015. Do you think Kishi will pull a quick one on us?

What is with the late comers? It's already been confirmed, there will be a mini series that might expand if it does well.

if you read the full manga chapter and the pages after it, it speaks about the next generation project they're doing with the dud who wrote the blood prison movie. It said that they will have mini parts for individual Characters, specifically Kakashi. Browse some sites and you should find the ad they placed for it after the last actual page of the manga.
