Well, Madara had to use a jutsu to stop Naruto that time around. However, yeah, Madara SHOULD be faster. Madara and Naruto both get all their speed from chakra... more chakra = more speed, essentially. Plus Madara has not only Senjutsu, but also his Doujutsu, to boost his reflexes/reaction time.

Naruto's still fast enough to force Madara to use jutsu to defend himself, and that gave Sasuke a chance to see Madara's technique and analyze it. Naruto's job was to get in close and fight Madara, and he did very well. Tanked hits like a boss, dealt a little Senjutsu damage to the Limbo Madara, and even knew that the Limbo was a "him."

sasukes inherits speed from sharingan an chidori combo just like kakashi with lightning blade.

If he's fast enough, madara won't have a chance to use "limbo" or kamui or any jutsu. It's called speed blitz
