[Discussion] Chapter 671 - The Children of Prophecy

I have called this thread; "The Children of Prophecy" as this chapter gave us a incredible amount of useful information and it also confirmed a long belief of mine with the characters. Hagoromo was talking to both Naruto and Sasuke the entire time, and its highly likely that he told both of them the same thing. If he did then he did call both of them the "Boy of Prophecy". He also supports this theory himself by saying that both Sasuke and Naruto are the one that will decide what to do from now on. They are both the ones that will bring peace and order, they are equal and they are the what could easily be seen as brothers. ( They are that close as friends. )

In the past Hagoromo decided on one path, and that is never the answer. One has to see the world for what it is, both good and bad and walk the paths of both sides. Understand the good, understand the bad then make the best decision based off that. If Hagoromo had figured that out from the start then he wouldn't have made a war between the Uchiha and Senju, neither this two sons. The path that they walk now, is the path to peace and they will reach it through the understanding of each other and most importantly they will reach it through the knowledge of the dark and the light.

He only said that the blue eyed boy would speak the names of the Bijuu and play with them. That he referred both of them as the child of prophecy.

No he didn't, Sasuke wasn't even shown talking to the sage at that time yet.

Heck the original prophecy spoke of a student of Jiraya, and last time I looked Sasuke wasn't Jiraya's student.

The only two things he said to Sasuke were, is that your final answer and I didn't pay enough attention to Indra.

The part where he calls out the child of prophecy was before Sasuke was even revealed to also be speaking to the sage.

So basically, you don't actually have any proof.

You are just assuming that he called Sasuke the child of prophecy without anything substantial to back it up with other than what you want.

the child of prophecy is Naruto , not sasuke, stop trying to spin, what was clearly said to fit to your liking.

sasuke aint, sages apprentice, does not have blue eyes, and does not have any of the beasts.
