Sakura said something like"tsunade we should stop using medical ninjutsu and start fighting"

Sakura has chakra left for fighting so is tsunade and shizune .


But sakura also has some chakra left for healing unlike tsunade (her seal is not as full as before )

I believe when Tsunade was healing the kages she used katsuya which means she did not use her base chakra. I'm pretty sure she's talking about that. If anything she may be saving the seal for fighting or maybe the seal cannot be opened if youre low on base chakra to open it.

Not to mention we have seen before that the seal being there doesn't mean it's full. There is so many possibilities and we know only a bit about the seal.

The yin seal in fact could contain SENJUTSU chakra, and can't be used for healing others.
I mean, Tsunade would release her seal instantly when she saw Naruto in bad shape if she knew she still had even the tiniest amount of chakra.

Let's step back into the bubble where we know Tsunade just been using the chakra in her seal for remote healing.
