No they were not returned goo full power. Also hiruzen is an edo tensei that does not run out of charka. Sere talking same borisem when he was alive couldn't even beat part 1 orochimaru. And was fatigued after a few ninjutsu. Ohnoki is what hiruzeb would be if he was alive tired and would have run out of charka by now.
