Color version you can clearly see all the Tail Beast are in front of Naruto before they go inside Him. Clearly Naruto is the Sage.

I think they start the day after the chapter is released (Thursday) because it takes a little time to organize and distribute the work because there are always problems with individual timing and availability when you have projects like this that require commitment.

They're usually finished by Monday, then there's a little more organizing to do as they have to put all the individual work together back into a whole chapter and prepare it for release. Consequently, the chapter is released on Monday night. So to answer your question, I'd say it takes 4-5 days to complete a chapter.

PS: My favorite colored page for this week was page 13! Seeing all the bijuu again in full color was awesome ^.^
