"coverstory: Chimney and Gonbe
The target of Jinbe's "duty" is Big Mam (as an opponent). He reports to Neptune that he'll be going with Luffy.
The soldiers tell Luffy that there's a bomb in the Tamatebako (they set it there after it was stolen once in order to catch any future robbers). So Neptune requests that he give it back. Luffy finally agrees, but Big Mam's crew takes the treasure. Nami is angry because all the treasure is handed over.
Neptune was worried about the bomb in the Tamatebako, but now his concern is Luffy's formal challenge towards Big Mam.

While running, Caribou says that he'll give the mountain of treasure that he noticed as well as Shirahoshi's secret to a certain person as a "present." He discovers Big Mam's subordinates taking the treasure and attacks them.
Numa Numa Machine Gun (he shoots with a machine gun that emerges from his stomach)
Pekoms is a fruit user and turns into a turtle. He hits Caribou with a haki attack.

The small fry pirates that are coming one after another past the G5 base are steadily being captured by Smoker and Captain Tashigi.
Smoker asks who freed them, and the pirates don't give Luffy up at first, but finally someone reveals that it was the Strawhats.
Smoker laughs and says "I already knew, stupid."


Smoker is a vice admiral.


Smoker asks who felled Hody.
^ No. He asks why rookies are appearing one after the other and is told that it's because Hody was beaten. Hody had enslaved them but apparently some pirate beat him and freed them. So at first they didn't give up his (Luffy's) name in repayment for him freeing them, but soon enough his name surfaced.
Smoker probably realized during the conversation.

Pekoms bounty is 330,000,000.

Smoker doesn't show his face
Tashigi has a ponytail now."

Vice Admiral and higher have Haki. They haven't been shown using it though. During the WB War, it sounded to me like he knew what Haki was when he fought Hancock.

But do you think he can use it? I mean, sure, knowledge of Haki is all fine an dandy. But if you can't fight against Logia users and predict attacks meant to kill, you are not gonna be a vice admiral long. Hopefully he got stronger and learned at least Armaments haki

Well everyone does have Haki, just gotta train it/awaken it.
Since Vice Admirals & up had it pre timeskip, I think its safe to say the same applies.
So he more than likely has 1 form of it down.
I'm thinking he uses Busoshoku.

That bomb inside the treasure. Big mom is gonna think Luffy planted it. Because he wanted to give the treasure as compensation, she will think that it was his plan to take her out.

Jyamon says that if they become a country that no longer bears Big Mom's flag, they'll just have to use the Strawhat one instead. He and Jinbe laugh about it.

Minister of the Right approaches Jyamon.
He says there's a bomb in the Tamatebako
Jyamon worries, wondering if Luffy has already opened it

Jyamon goes to Luffy
Turns out Luffy gave it to Big Mam (via Pekoms)
Everyone is surprised that Luffy picked a fight with Big Mom, a Yonkou
Neptune tells them about the bomb and starts freaking out
Nami says that they handed over ALL the treasure. Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji are beaten to bloody pulps.

Caribou is running near the candy factory. There, Pekoms and Tamago are carrying a big bag
Caribou says "Hand over the bag!" Gatling gun.
Pekoms is a zoan type (his body is a turtle)
Caribou swings an axe, but Pekoms beats him with a single punch.

Pekoms bounty is 330,000,000 berries.

Around the Red Line...
Tashigi has become a captain. Her eyes are as bad as ever.
Captured pirates are talking with Smoker on a Marine ship (we can't see all of Smoker's face)
