My thoughts on chapter 619:
1. Hashirama is so cool and carefree! I love his attitude! It's just like Naruto, Jiraiya, Young Obito and Konohamaru, who are all extremely powerful despite their attitudes. I always assumed Hashirama was a stern serious guy, much like what we see Tobirama to be.
2. Oro said he had no interest in the war which could mean one of two things:
a. He is interested in the war and just lied. Hitler promised not to invade Poland right?
b. He will use the Hokage to try take Sasuke's eyes. He already has a Senju body (from Zetsu), so all he technically needs are the EMS to gain the Rinnegan. This is not likely to happen as Sasuke needs his EMS to fight Naruto, but I think Oro will try and fail.
3. Regardless of his intentions, it is likely that the Hokage will enter the battlefield, otherwise it would be such a buzzkill, and they need to be developed more! We have only seen them in one fight each, in which they all drew (sacrificed themselves for the win).
Madara will relish the opportunity to fight Hashirama again! I think we will see their relationship and realise it is similar to Naruto and Sasuke's. Madara is likely to defeat Hashirama due to him having the Rinnegan, Mokuton and the Juubi. This needs to happen for Naruto to defeat him and be hailed as the greatest shinobi ever.
Minato will fight Naruto and will lose (probably due to speed or tactics, and hopefully with a Rasengan finish), showing that Kurama was correct in saying that Naruto had surpassed him.
Minato will also talk to Obito and the Rin situation will be explained. Obito may have a change of heart here or may decide to fight Minato. This would be a masked man rematch.
4. If Madara knew how to release Edo Tensei, then we can assume that the creator, Tobirama, knows how to do it too? If so, then Tobirama could potentially release himself.
5. The fact that Hashirama didnt know Minato means that the theory that Minato was descended from Tobirama is likely to be untrue. It is unlikely that Minato has Senju blood, so any and all Senju connection of Naruto's is from Kushina
6. The only people left unresurrected that could have an impact are:
Izuna
Rin
Kushina
Jiraiya
Sakumo
