Tobirama may have invented it. But it was orochimaru's vengence that made him steal it all for himself and making the technique more fearsome than what it is

ex.Germans invented toxic gas as used for a weapon but agreed not to use it after WW1 because it was too destructive. If the russians for example... were to steal that technology and make it more deadly whose fault is it really!?

You're absolutely right that einstein's equation did help make the atomic bomb possible. But i don't think he was the head creator of it. For someone else I think was in charge of it.
