For e.g.
591- Complete Turnaround Despair...
592- 1 who knows Everything...
594-1 on 1 battle begins...
595-A tiny crack appear on his mask how will they fight him...
597- Destroy him...
598- Who are you...
601- Encounter in Dark...
602- Unyielding Spirit...
603- Obitio Heads to battle field...
604- Crossing Eyes...
605- Moon Sheds Tears...
606-The Truth Behind The Begining...
607-The Time to settle this is close...
609-Most Terrible Dream Starts...
610-???
Personally I feel that kishi likes us to think...He gives tips what to expect in next chapter most of the times...

So I think The chapter will begin like this...with Konoha and every ninja being happy but the last page will have a ninja being suspicious about this world....

If you see kishi past record...When u know everything he brings something new...And all of a sudden u feel as if u didnt knew anything trust me brother...I have got a gutt feeling that it has already started...

I doubt that because...First of all its not his plan that he is claiming(Infinite TSUKUYOMI) its Madaras plan...So I would say he is telling us HALF TRUTH...Madara wanted to put every1 to infinite dream he never said that Obito will do that...Thats y he told obito to revive him at the right time...
