Basically this, naruto is saying that he won't be influence or convince by Madara's ideals - therefore he won't willingly go along with Madara's plans. Naruto was saying that if you want the Kyuubi for your plan you have to take it by force. Since Madara wants kurama he can't kill Naruto since that will make Kurama disappear for a while (not good for the juubi revival).

Basically Madara agreed that he has to go all out now to capture Naruto hence why he won't hold back. Its like Team Taka deciding that they need to try to kill bee if they have any chance of capturing him.

Don't know seem like he's not takin this fight serious. I was expecting to see him use Perfect Susano'o, not Mokuton which leads me to believe if Hashirama was there he would've already took control over the Kyuubi

No.. Because Naruto is the jinchūriki of Kurama and Madara wants not to kill him because if he do so no Moon Eye Pan... that is y Madara was holding back

naruto and madara will fight it out till the very end when naruto will outsmart him and finish him off. Then he will be sealed away and obito will either be dead or have turned good.

This is a form of respect. Naruto let's Madara know he won't fall for some cheap ploy and Madara responds that he will fight Naruto to his fullest abilities. Kinda like saying because I know your dangerous I won't take you lightly and will attack with everything I have. Quite a different response from when he fought the kages
