I think I said it once before but I'll post it again.
When Tobi talked to Sasuke about his fight with Hashirama,
this was a story told by Madara.
So Madara told Obito all the important information and then Tobi told Sasuke
what he remembered Madara telling him. The whole fight was
shown in 1 single picture. And why would Madara talk about a scene
where Hashirama summons weapons. And why would Hashirama summon weapons
if Madara summoned the Kyuubi.
There must be some strange power in those weapons. You can also see, that
he was killed by one of those and touching Madara is nearly impossible.
So in the latest Manga you can see 2 of his swords again and also the huge shuriken.
Why would he keep those, he nearly died because of them ?
That's why I think, that the swords are the only way to kill Madara or
in the Edo Tensei version to destroy him.
But this is just a prediction.

What do you think. I mean Tobirama made the thundersword which was very famous,
so Hashirama should have this ability,too.
( In the Anime from the Naruto Game, you can see, that the scroll summons the weapons and not anything else,
so they were somehow important ).
