I said that Madara was going to collect the Bijuu. It seems I was correct. Now, what I believe is going to happen is that Tobi is not summoning the deformed Juubi because he's getting his ass kicked - I think he's summoning it because he somehow knows that Madara is coming. As Madara said "I'm going to collect the Kyuubi". As the Kyuubi is still inside Naruto he'll have problems and Kurama will shit his pants when he comes but Madara is going to go to Tobi and take control of the deformed Juubi.
