How do you know this exactly, how do you know they have no contact with kishi what so ever. But anyway still we should have more faith in the anime they obviously started animating naruto because they loved the story. They have been doing the story since like 2002 I think I don't think they would include something that was completely fake like madara flying, whatever they include there has to be some truth in it. Time manipulation techs and sharingan have been linked before. Madara manipulating time may have been a spoiler for us I don't think they would make it up out of no where.

Why does everyone not understand the difference between filler in anime and canon. And now the new one is videogame filler and manga.

Nothing that is filler was ever a part of Kishi's story and never will be. Everyone that doesn't know this should just quit reading Naruto and go back to elementary school.

-The fight Madara vs Hashirama is canon to ANIME only, and he has not reversed time ... that was just a portrayal of Sharingan's powers of prediction and perception.

Did you ever think that bell scene was before the war. And that scene with jiraya and minato was just naruto thinking and remembering what they said of course it never happened. They done it like that instead of doing it with flask backs separately.
