Teams sevens first assignments.
The next day the Hokage called team seven into his office to see if the three kids passed the test and if they did give them their first mission.
Naruto: Well sir, these three have passed the test I presented with.
Hokage: I see. Shinamura, Kushina, Neji from now on you will go on a mission with your sensei Naruto.
All three nod their heads.
Hokage: Good now I have a mission for you. Your first mission is to go retrieve a missing cat. This is your first D rank mission.
All the three start to say thats a waste of our talent. Before they could say anything Naruto gave them a look and the kept their mouth shut.
Naruto: Something has happened has it. This information you got concerns the death of Orochimura doesn't it. Kids can you go wait outside please.
The kids go outside and close the door behind them but try to listen in until Naruto starts to speak then pause.
Naruto: Kids you better not be next to the door or right behind it.
The kids think damn and walk away from the door.
Hokage: Thank you Naruto. I did not want to say anything in front of them but yes I did receive some news concerning Orochimura's death. It seems Bee discovered something while on his way here. He discovered a new temple that seems to have appeared overnight. One of the walls in the lower chambers had a ton of scratch marks on. It appears that a wolf with five tails sent the rogue shinobi to kill Orochimaru. The main problem is that they seem to have gotten a massive power boost.
Naruto: How massive a power boost??? (He sounds aghast as he says this)
Hokage: Equal in strength to your six tailed form.
Naruto: What the hell!! Nothing is that strong not even Kyuubi. Even he can't to power five shinobi to his six tailed form.
Hokage: Well Bee recovered evidence that seems to back this statement up because it seems that the Juubi learned everything from this monster and equals one tenth the strength of this monster.
Naruto: Well this sucks. How are we suppose to defeat a cretin like that.
Hokage: Well thats why I hope Shikamura can come up with a strategy. By the way have you seen Hinata.
Naruto: No, why? She went on an Anbu mission and returned yesterday but I was testing the kids.
Hokage: Well she discovered another temple but this one is locked. Any way your dismissed. Go get that cat.
Ten minutes later they brought in the cat and gave it to the Hokage. For the next month Naruto's students caught hundreds of cats and returned them to their owners. However after four weeks of none stop D rank mission success the Hokage called them into his office in the Hokage mansion.
Hokage: Today I have decided to give you a high level B rank mission. There has been a mass of thievery between our border and the hidden Sand. Your mission is to capture the thugs and bring in for questioning.
All three students start thanking the Hokage.
Hokage: Dismissed.
All the kids leave after thanking the Hokage again.
All three kids and Naruto go home to pack their bags for the impending mission.
Kushina: Hi mom I going to go pack my bags for a B rank mission.
Hinata: Congratulations and be careful please B mission are a lot harder than you think.
Kushina packs her bags and wait at the front door while her dad talks to her mom.
Naruto: Hinata team 7 is going to go on a B rank mission I will be back in a few days.
Hinata: Ok, just be careful ok honey.
Naruto: Ok dear.
Naruto and Kushina go to the agreed location and wait for the rest of the team. The agreed upon location is the main gate.
Shinamura: Hey, Neji are you ready yet.
Neji: Hey dad did you see my sword that you gave me when I fully awakened my Sharrigan.
Sasuke: (He is leaving the Neji's room and says) I thought you put it on your bed.
As Neji starts to speak Sasuke turns around.
Neji: Its-
Sasuke: (cuts him off and points to his back) Look at your back
Neji: Damn I am a disaster. (As he says this he grabs his pack and heads to the door).
His parents with him luck on his mission.
Neji: Let go Shinamura. We're late.
They head towards the main gate to see that Naruto and Kushina are there waiting for them with their arms crossed.
Naruto: Your late. Ok now that everyone is here lets go I will debrief you on the full mission. Kushina already knows since she was on time.
Neji: Sorry sensei.
Shinamura: Hey Neji made me late.
Naruto: Never blame your teammates it was your fault you guys were late to.
Shinamura: Yes sensei.
Naruto: Now lets go.
They all leave the village for their mission.
