Okay so i reread the chapter.

I think Sarada is gonna think Sakura kidnapped her an runaway from home, to search for her real family.
Sakura will wake up and find out that sarada is gone and go crazy. Sasuke will come home and probably find out that he had a daughter, and he will get angry and ask Sakura why didn't she tell him. She would say that she didn't wan to burden him, and if he cared he would check in on her, and would've seen for herself. He say he was on a mission, and get mad at naruto for no telling him as well.
Sarada will find Karin with Suigetsu, and see that they have a family. Then she will flee, and run into trouble. A rouge ninja, who will attack her. She will fight them off using her strength, but they are too fast, so Sasuke saves her, and Sakura kills the guy who tried to hurt her baby.
They will have an akward reunion.

Why wouldn't Sasuke know that he had a child.... Isn't Sakura and Sarada wearing the Uchiha clan symbol mean something. We also have chocho calling Sarada an Uchiha so I'm pretty sure it's common knowledge in the village.

Sasuke is actually quite dense, Sakura wouldve go out her way to try to find Sasuke, because she wouldn't want to burden him, Its actually a mature thing to do, shows her independence
