The sun’s rays spread out onto the land. The birds are chirping away.
The cool breeze flows with ease through the trees. An atmosphere that is undisturbed.
Up on the mountain, sitting on the side of the cliff are to two unlikely strangers.
“Rock, paper, scissors.”
“Rock, paper, scissors.”
“Rock, paper, scissors.”
Kai: “Ahhhhhh! That’s the 20th time!”
Tsubuki: “huh……..”
Kai: “you sure you don’t read mines?”
Tsubuki: “it’s called anticipation.”
Kai: “well, whatever! I still think you can read minds!”
Tsubuki: “no….your just easy to read.”

Somewhere cold, dark and secretive, a place unknown to anyone, sits a man.
A man who seems ordinary as he waits, yet his appearance emits a sinister and frightening power.
“Preparation is complete master.”
“Call them in.”
“yes, right away.”
As the two strangers carry about they both stop in their tracks.
A telepathic message comes through…
Kai: “It’s the master.”
“you are both needed for a task.”
Kai: “Finally! Tsubuki was boring me.”
Tsubuki: “you bore yourself easily.”
Kai: “you don’t get bored? That’s coming from someone who’s lived over century!”
Tsubuki: “huh…….” (Rolls his eyes.)
Kai: “before we go, I wager I can take down all the trees on the Westside of the cliff quicker
than you can take down the trees on the eastside.”
Tsubuki: “you know that’s a field of trees stretching a mile out?”
Kai: “ah yeah?”
Tsubuki: “Fine……..”
Kai: “the loser shouts ramen! 1 2 3 GO!”
With quick movement and reflexes, kai grabs his chakra blades.
With lightning surging in one blade and wind gushing in the other,
kai unleashes a gruesome attack.
Kai: “Lightening style wind release!”
With one swoop, a field of trees fall like domino’s within seconds.
Tsubuki: “That some powerful attack you got there.”
Kai: “what the….??”
Tsubuki: “what?”
Kai: “your trees are still standing!”
Tsubuki: “oh….. I guess you won then.”
Kai: “goh Tsubuki…. You really do bore me! Fine let’s go, your shout of ramen tonight.”
Tsubuki: “Fine…..”
Kai and Tsubuki head off to the direction of the setting sun.
As their figures gradually disappear out into the distance………
a multitude of birds fly off rapidly into the sky and a herd of beasts hurry off in different directions.
Sound of cracking.
The sound of cracking gets louder.
The ground starts shaking then in an instant; the ground plummets beneath creating
a gigantic crater stretching across the west to the east side of the cliff.

Kai and Tsubuki dash through the trees as they hurry towards their destination.
They both sense something up ahead.
Kai: “Tsubaki…”
Tsubuki: “I know.”
Within seconds, a mass of shurikens fly towards them.
As they evade with ease, it separates them and forces Kai and Tsubuki into hiding.
“This is a restricted area!”
Tsubuki signals to kai that he senses 12 of them in the trees.
Kai: “The last time I checked, we are allowed to roam free as we like.”
“It is by order of the Feudal Lord.”
Kai: “Here’s the deal. We come out, then you guys can escort us through the area and at the end,
you can let us be on our way. We’re coming out now.”
Both Kai and Tsubuki appear on the ground. Moments later 12 shinobi’s appear standing opposite them. One of the shinobi’s startles Tsubuki as his appearance looked familiar to him.
Shinobi: “You look like you’ve seen a ghost?”
Tsubuki: “you remind me of someone from long ago.”
Kai: “What you on about Tsubuki?”
Tsubuki: “Just be careful and be on alert. This shinobi is extremely fast.”
Kai: “How do you know that?”
Tsubuki: “because……. he’s the great, great grandson of the 4th Raikage.”
