I'm pleasantly surprised.

It conveys her as a woman who's focused on her career but also burying herself in work to avoid the loneliness of Sasuke's absence.

Totally relate-able.

She's respectable so far. Hope they don't throw that out the window if/when Sasuke appears.

The way they have her behave when it comes to Sasuke has been the absolute worst thing for her character.

If she can't be respectable in canon, at least make her respectable in a damn novel.
