yeah but he still is stronger than anyone in naruto even if he is the weakest Z fighter. And solos the Juubi with ease.
On a side note, he does make an appearance in Nartuo along with Kamen Rider 1.

Look at it like this, Hurcule Satan while weak compared to the Z fighters is still on of the strongest humans on earth. And he would be power wise about equal with most jounin. Roshi in power would be about where Madara is. So they could be defeated but once you throw in even Yajarobi DBZ will win.

Mr. Satan is nowhere near the strongest Human on Earth. Videl was said to be stronger than him aand if you watched the original Dragonball you would see there was many Humans stronger than him such as Nam, Manwolf, General Blue, etc. And no Mr.Satan dosen't have any special powers to compete with a Jounin. Mr.Satan is as strong as a real life wrestler Toriyama even said in an interview that Bob Sapp was stronger than him so even Chapter 1 Naruto would slaughter him.

chaouzu spent most of his time in dbz training. i find it ridiculous to believe he never got past 18 000 which is the minimun to planet bust. also with telekenisis he can shut down juubis movements.

I didnt say he was the strongest, only 1 of the strongest. Yes i know videl is much more powerful.
I was merely referring to power level where he would compare, not what he can do against one.

He is around 100-120, the minimum tho blow up the moon is about 160. so this is the scale i used. A high jounin would be around 90-100 and Kage 100-aorund 140 from what we have seen. s06p would be about 160. but of course all these number are just rough estimations since i really don't feel like looking up a bunch of stuff tonight.

Ah yes the Naruto who couldn't even make a proper clone, hmm yes.
