Why is this base in terms of design looks so 2006? can someone renew narutobase? make everything more modern?

And why not add other ratings besides dislike and like?

Why is there a limit to how many dislikes and likes one can add?

I hope someone listens to me and make a change in this base it's 2018!!!

The base format looks old because of the vBulletin forum software. vBulletin is an ancient software and is basically in development hell. A switch to Xenforo will give NB a modern look but it's not gonna happen.

I suggested the rating thing in the past and it was shot down by the staff.

Don't expect anything to happen here, there will be some discussion and after that your suggestion will be forgotten.

This was said in 2016, it's 2018 now. I think seeing the proof is more than enough that the changes you suggest will either take years to happen or not happen at all.

VB is an outdated forum software. The site can be 'moved' to another hosting.

A switch to Xenforo will give NB a modern look but it's not gonna happen.

However, I kinda enjoy the vibe from old-school forum, I think it's easier to understand and it has its own style.
