Imo, Real will win.
Early in the math I can see Atletico dominate with many attacks but Casillas will step up.
I think at half it will be 0-0, and at full time 2-1 or 3-2 to Real Madrid.

Atletico have the strongest defense out of all teams this season. So Real won't have the freedom they did when they blitzed Bayern, but they'll still have too much for Atletico. In the end the want of La Decima will be stronger than anything Atletico can muster. Still, it'll be a good, close game. 2-1 or 3-2 to Real.
