OT: Madara & Hashirama can because you didn't restrict them. Orochimaru wins by default by summoning Hashirama

Other than them, Naruto was the only one capable but you restricted Bijus

Makes it sound like Kabuto has 2 Itachi AND can summon other edos as long as he can control them... Is that right???

Cause in that case it would DMS Kabuto with his entire Edo Army plus another Itachi right???

Cause in that case i'm not even sure if Hashirama could take him down... The only ones i'm sure about are Edo Madara and Rikodou.

he has acces to all the edos he proved he can control in the manga (so no Madara)
anyway I think you're a bit underestimating Itachi
