Yes, Madara has a ton of chakra. "More" is a quantifiable term and is impossible to use in this case. Kishi has not given us enough information, so all you'll get is conflicting opinion.

then how come uzumaki can surpress kurama?

Uchiha have the more powerful chakra so I would guess that the senju have the larger amount. And the Uzumaki's shouldn't be too far behind them aswell.

The Uchiha Madara you are seeing fighting against the 5 Kages does not represent his normal chakra levels. He is an edo tensei and all the edo tensei's we have seen so far have had seemingly unlimited stamina/chakra. Also he's got Hashirama DNA composing part of his body which GREATLY increases his chakra levels.

Uchiha are known for powerful chakra rather than large amounts. Senju and Uzamaki have more I still think so with the boost in chakra from Hashirama's dna, Hashirama > Hashirama dna + user. Weren't Uzuamaki known for having the most chakra?

Madara’s charka is just unusually powerful, requiring him little charka to execute an otherwise high level technique. Enhancing him with Hashirama cells only boosted his charka pools to that of a Senju. With already needing little charka to be able to perform high-level techniques, Hashirama’s cells just grant Madara an excess of charka that he doesn’t even need, it really is just there to be there. Overkill at its finest.

But following on from this,

to fair i mean we simply just dont know the full sitautaion. Between hasihrama and edo tensei we dont what madara can do really.

Funny how whats making madara so bullshit right now are senju related techs and powers. I think kishi has stated why the senju were top dog in their hay day.
No one can question this at all now.
