You do not need bijuu levels of chakra to take down the 5 kages, the rest does not imply bijuu levels of chakra, not in the slightest.

Actually you need high levels of chakra to do stronger moves ;]. Ay has nowhere near the chakra of the current Senju bloods , which include Nagato/Tsunade.

Also, Karin revered to the Raikage's growing of chakra as tailed beast levels. Not his reserves.

But Obito should be demi god: He summoned the gedo mazou 2 times in one day, Controlled 6 bijuus at the same time almost perfectly (the amount of chakra and concentration is almost impossible!) in one day, then to still fight naruto and company and be winning and show NO TIRE! Is Easily Demi God chakra level!!!

I wouldnt put Lee high since he doesnt rely on chakra almost ever! Neji should be higher, fighting at a high level all day with the byakugan on is imppressive! Hiashi should be higher aswell, fighting his equal brother and all day non stop is impressive aswell.

Kakashi should be D, his chakra level isnt good at all pre-war!

Danzo is S or A+. His chakra was insanely high to spam izanagi and KA in 1 day!!!! Plus his other techs show he had extremely high chakra.

If i had to asume, i would put the 3rd kazekage in A+.

A was described as having Bijuu level chakra but sadly, none of his feats proves that he does.. all we have for this are basically hypes.. we base our debates on feats and facts.. A was one who had the worst showings against Madara.. and he is now half dead.. granted, he was the only one of the other kages who didn't need healing during the fight.. Tsunade on the other hand healed an entire village for an extended period of time without being fatigued using only her natural chakra pool even though we all know that Medical Nijutsu needs a great amount of chakra to perform individually.. and her Yin Seal allows her to protect every citizen of Konoha from Pain's Shira Tensei which also needs a great amount of chakra to perform.. even even near death and bisected, she still has much chakra to perform such a high level summoning jutsu and can still perform medical ninjutsu..

saying so, Nagato and Tsunade has shown to have the greatest amount of chakra in baseline levels among the ninjas in the series.. Naruto probably comes third.. Kisame needs Samehada to accumulate that much chakra, he wasn't shown as such back when he still doesn't have Samehada with him.. A and the others are mostly hypes and assumptions..

He doesn't have it anymore. Right now he's a non-factor in the manga seeing as how he's in a coma. The fact that you haven't placed the Kages in higher tiers (Oonoki, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Gaara wno defeated his father's gold dust, Kinkaku and Ginkaku who absorbed the Kyuubi's chakra) is a travesty. Your list sucks and you should start over.

Nagato did say it when he ws creating the body doubles for Itachi and Kisame. He said he will need 30% of his chakra but it shouldn't be problem for him since he has the largest chakra reserves of us Akatsuki. Also When 30% chakra Kisame was fighting team Guy Neji said he hasn't seen this much chakra since Naruto, and he was only at 30%! and He made multiple clones that fight.Having Nagato ahead of Kisame and Kisame not being in demi god is nothing short of BS. He has the most pure chakra so far but if you count foreign chakra(samehada,tailed beast,ect)then Kisame has the most or atleast 2nd most chakra in the series only behind Naruto do to sagemode and Kyuubi chakra and that's if you don't count Samehada stealing chakra and feed it to Kisame.

When has an Uzumaki's dna been wanted so badly? Only Senju dna was wanted because it would give Uchihas Rinnegan, and some people on this thread are dumb. Some think this is a power list of who's stronger in order when it's CHAKRA. The top guy's(strongest) I doubt are in the demi god list because never once have it been said Hashi and Madara have super high, buuji or higher chakra levels, and No you don't need high chakra levels to take down kage level people. Seems like some people think that.

His performance against Madara is not linked to his amount of chakra. Tsunade stores her chakra in her forehead crystal so she can use techniques like what you've described so it's more chakra than her body actually holds at one time. Feats are important but character opinions should also be noted or we could easily just say Tenten > Kakashi's dad because he has no feats, the examples extreme but you get the point.

you cannot assume that.. we don't know much much chakra it takes for A to use his raiton armor or his speed.. high level jutsus usually takes a lot of chakra to perform.. A's chakra being bijuu level is only based on hype by Karin.. similar to how Hiruzen to be the most powerful Hokage yet, right now, Hashirama is clearly the top dog.. or how both Itachi and Kisame will fall against Jiraiya, or how no one can stand equal to Tsunade in terms of close combat, etc.. no, your analogy is basically making the whole idea farfetched.. common logic is also based in fact.. so, a fact+hype+fact is always > fact+hype+assumption.. so, with that logic, a Kage without feats would always rank higher than a genin with tons of feats or a featless kage is > than a featless jounin.. that's is logic..

It's not hype Karin simply stated a fact that those were bijuu levels she knows exactly what that is, we're brushing it off as nothing but hype. Don't compare this to Hiruzen and Hashirama it's not the same and that's a whole other debate. Your whole kages and feats thing is also off topic, I made that point to make it clear that we should take other things into consideration and not just feats which you were doing before.

First of all Tsunade did not heal a village just the survivors who weren't killed by Nagato, secondly that's not her basic chakra pool that's her stored chakra over a long long period of time. A's said to have bijuu levels of chakra by someone who recently saw a biju, i'm done with this.
