That is the flaw of OP. It pitted Gentle fist a form of taijutsu of various techniques with a particular medical technique. Maybe OP meant Gentle fist per se, common to all Hyuuga.

I didn't read the OP lmao. If those techs are included then Gentle Fist is way beyond chakra scalpel. Everything I've said is only referring to basic Gentle Fist vs. Chakra scalpel.
