Ye but maybe it reaches its limit while ending the academy or something. I've always been wondering.

I believe so. I think it keeps increasing and peaks when a character reaches their prime and then it gradually reduces as old age catches up with them

Well the data book showed that the konoha 11 had increases in chakra reserves as they aged.

Chakra inside an infant is low but not because this infant having lower chakra but because their chakra is still not fully matured or discover

But when start growing into adult, teir chakra will start to bloom and their chakra reserve keep on growing

But that just natural chakra that flow regularly inside body, and not counting hidden chakra reserve
