Just a quick question, does a shinobis nature affect the way techniques work on them ? Or does it just matter when they're actually using techniques ?
Let's take Kakashi, for example, an electric nature shinobi. Would a Wind attack do more damage to him than a, let's say, a Suiton attack of equal power ? Another example would be when Yamato talked about Naruto adding Wind chakra to the RasenShuriken. He said that the Wind nature wouldn't work to well against him, but did he say that because of Sasuke's techniques, or simply because the Wind attacks won't work against him, just because of his affinity ?
Please answer, and please don't flame me, I'm sorry if this is something that is obvious to the rest of you, but I'm seriously confused about this.
