Welcome and interesting theory. However, I agree with the person who posited that Naruto may develop a hurricane type move from water and wind. I did not think of that so this is not my idea. Some person whose name I have forgotten and too lazy to look up created a theory about Naruto creating a hurricane move from water and wind.

Its not compulsory to be from a clan before using a kekkie genkai(dont mind the spelling) take for example mei, pakura , gari, diedara, sasori , gauren
they dont come from any special clan or family neither relatives with kk gk. Practice can be used and mastery is also required

actually if you check these shinobi do have a kekkei genkei evidence
