Why does Minato never use his chakra nature?
Tsunade doesnt either, unless that special punch into your nervoussystem is a lightning based attack.

What do you think are their chakra natures?

In the 2 towers movie, Minato mentions that chakras of the similar signature will resonate together.
That could mean Naruto and Minato are both wind right?

Water often tends to be used and linked to in stories for healing, so Tsunade might have that chakra nature.

We can't really compare the anime plot line with movies.

Minato's chakra nature was never revealed because it's just not important anymore.

Especially since we know that experienced shinobi can potentially use all 5 natures.

The same goes for Tsunade.

Sense Minato is so similar to Tobirama, he could have Sution Chakra Nature, but i would like him to have something else, in order to make him diffrent, Raiton perhaps?

indeed so its safe to assume tsunade is lghtning natured..

but again as for minato its not as easy to guess.. but like i said with how he cut through bee's tentacle it leads to into thinking he is wind natured.. also it would explain where naruto got his nature from.. since he is likely to of inherited it from somewhere

I remembered how Sakura manipulated water when healing Kankurou from Sasori's poison, so you might be right about Tsunade's nature. Also, Tsunade can manipulate neural system, so she may have Lightning nature as well.

About Minato, I'm betting he has Lightning and Wind nature. In order to open wormholes (time-space vertices) you need to manipulate electro-magnetic fields.
