Chakra leaks out?

Was there ever a moment in the manga where a character received a cut on their body, then chakra started leaking out of that wound? I think I remember something like this, but I'm not sure exactly what it is.

I don't think so. Chakra comes from converting Spiritual and Physical energy and channeling it to perform a jutsu. A person has to actively do this for chakra to occur as far as I can tell. So it's unlikely that chakra justs leaks out of wounds.

It would be the same thing. Susanoo would be through the eyes. Chakra waves? Are you talking about when Karin sense Sasuke's Susanoo? Cause I don't think that actually matters.

No but it should according to rasenshirken, if medical ninjutsu can heal it, but it contradicts Tsunade's self regeneration, and it messes up the chakra system beyond repair.

Well, you could see it in a different way; physical energy is affected when the body is hurt. Once a shinobi is hurt, it'd be harder for him/her to create chakra since the shinobi lacks physical energy.
