Chakra in Real Life wouldn't cause Chaos

Why heres some situations that can easily be handled:
-Guy uses shadow clone to rob a bank, sensory type detects ten gets high level jonin banker to destroy the clone.
-People in jail attempt to escape? Get someone like Karin to whip theirass back in.
-Someone tries to control humanity in a forceful way like Nagato/Obito? No need for chakra just talk no jutsu them.
-Person getting raped/kidnapped simply can FTG out of the situation.

I dont have anymore situations at the top of my head. So comment a situation below that can be easily countered with chakra

Sounds cool and all...but without chakra, majority of civilization still causes a lot of chaos...with chakra it would be twice as bad.

And looking at every villian in every manga/anime, the abilities they possess is just plain awesome. So who wouldn't wanna join the dark side in favor of this said awesome abilities?

My answer would be no. We'd be doomed with that much power on a global scale...
